Brave Beginnings and Brave Gowns are working together to ensure that hospital workers are getting the medical masks* they need in order to save lives.  Normally, Brave Beginnings provides grants to neonatal intensive care units in hospitals nationwide so that they may purchase lifesaving equipment critical to caring for premature babies.  Brave Gowns normally manufactures hospital gowns and superhero themed pajamas for kids.  They have decided to temporarily alter their business model to manufacture medical masks.  Both organizations understand the desperate need for proper medical masks and have established a partnership to provide masks to Brave Beginnings’ grantee hospitals, starting with two of the nation’s hot spots – California and New York. We recognize that all hospital workers are superheroes and that we must all work together to ensure that they are equipped properly and safely to save lives.

*About the masks

Brave Gown’s masks are sporty and unlike anything else on the market. The masks are reusable and machine washable. They were created with the help of an industrial designer, engineers, fabric specialists and people in manufacturing for ever 30 years.

Many municipalities, biotech companies, medical labs, government agencies and even the FCC use the masks. Brave Gown face masks are made with an antimicrobial fabric. The soft, moisture-wick fabric is used to help pull moisture away from the skin for more comfort and easier breathing ability.
